Wolseley UK have an exciting opportunity as an Operations Manager working in Wolseley UK branch in Cambridge, where you will manage a team of 10, including Operations Assistants and Drivers and an Administrator. You will be part of the senior site team, supporting with effectively managing and coaching.
You will be supporting the Branch Manager to ensure colleagues are trained and competent in their roles, adhering to health and safety, lead the team in the accurate order picking for customer deliveries and supporting and motivating the team to ensure targets are met.
You will also be maintaining good housekeeping, managing vehicle compliance, managing vehicles and planning driver routes.
This role is working Monday to Friday with no weekend work!

- Experience of managing and leading teams
- A background in sales and operations
- Logistics and/or transport experience
- Ambitious, organised, methodical, engaging, with excellent communication skills
- Drivers licence
