Manager, Post Merger Integration, Data & Analytics Division

The London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is a leading global financial markets infrastructure and data provider playing a vital social and economic role in the world’s interconnected financial system. LSEG is a leader in data and analytics; capital formation and trade execution; and clearing and risk management.

This role supports the D&A Business Integration function to drive and implement integration, separation and/or migration projects in respect of M&A and partnerships.

The role is predominantly focused around LSEG’s acquisition of Refinitiv (closed January 2021) where D&A is responsible for the delivery of £200m+ of run rate revenue synergies across multiple business units, and across London Stock Exchange Group Sales & Account Management and Customer Operations functions. The role will also expand across other recent acquisitions in D&A and expand to any potential future acquisitions and partnerships.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Run special projects & analyses as instructed by the Head of Integration, working with stakeholders across various functions to drive strategic agendas
  • Support pre and post deal value creation agendas and Integration planning for various M&A deals within the division
  • Manage the overall Operating Rhythm of the D&A Business Integration function to ensure delivery against all governance requirements across the business
  • Provide overall programme management support for D&A workstream, leading on programmes as required
  • Act as central point of contact for D&A with the IMO team (Integration Management Office)
  • Responsible for the creation and collation of dashboards & information and for reporting within portfolio forums and other senior forums within D&A & the IMO
  • Understand the overall programme, and associated KPIs across delivery milestones and financials, to be able to provide regular updates to support the Head of Business Integration
  • Manage D&A Risks, Issues, Assumptions and Dependences (“RAID”) in reporting tools (e.g. Clarity)
  • Engage with stakeholders across the D&A business, Technology, Sales, Marketing and Customer Operations

Required Experience

  • Candidate required to have a background in Management Consulting, ideally from a Big Four firm (Corporate Strategy, Integration & Separation, Transformation or equivalent)
  • Minimum of 4-5 years’ experience within Management Consulting
  • Degree (or equivalent) and relevant professional qualification

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong presentation skills with experience of presenting complex information in a concise manner to senior executives
  • Self-starter, who is able to run projects independently and report into team management
  • Organisation, attention to detail & ability to manage multiple competing deliverables
  • Experience in dealing with senior stakeholders
  • Experience in revenue modelling, with ability to run detailed analyses and reports
  • Excellent interpersonal and presenting skills
  • Ability to work well with cross-functional teams with strong influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Team and other Reporting Tools (Clarity, MS Project)
  • Knowledge of LSEG or other Financial Market Infrastructures helpful, but not required
  • Prior experience of working across Integration programmes helpful, but not required
Contract: Full Time
Salary: £200 Per week
